Alt-J (∆) is the new band that I’ve been obsessing over these past couple of weeks especially with their latest single, Tessellate taken from their phenomenal debut album, An Awesome Wave. The delta sign represent a very deep meaning of the idea of showcasing a change which is an idea used in mathematical equations.

If you haven’t seen the music video then please check it out! its awesome with the whole inspiration taken from the Italian painter, Raphael’s Fresco of ‘the school of athens’ which is more like ‘paradise of modern day gangsters’ judging by their video, directed by Alex Southam. Enjoy the Music!
